How do I sign in?
OctopusSwift uses your Octopus API credentials. Enter your API key in the app as directed on screen; tokens are stored securely on your device.

Widgets are not updating
Make sure Background App Refresh is on for OctopusSwift, open the app once after installing the widget, and check that you are still signed in. iOS schedules widget updates — short delays are normal.

Numbers look different from my supplier app
Timing, rounding, and which meter segment is shown can differ between apps. If something looks wildly off, email us with approximate times and we can dig in.

Is this official Octopus Energy software?
No. OctopusSwift is made independently. For tariff changes, billing, and supply issues, use Octopus Energy's official support.
